Mindfulness Class for Kids (Ages 10-14)

Mindfulness has been found to decrease stress, boost resilience, improve emotional regulation, boost self-esteem and improve concentration. Practicing mindfulness can help alleviate their stress. It also gives them strategies to handle their big emotions, boost their resilience, and improve their concentration.
