Kids’ Meditation Online

This free, 30-minute online series introduces children to a meditation practice through which they will learn how to recognize, process, and release any uncomfortable thoughts or feelings they are carrying. Naturally, each child will learn about themselves, unlock the skills and talents they inherently possess, and develop internal resources such as confidence, resilience, a positive attitude, a positive self-image, gratitude, patience and belief in themselves to overcome challenges.
