Types of Donations:1. "Can't Use Your Ticket?" Donation of unused event tickets. 2. Donate funds to help develop and deliver our programs. Kids Up Front relies on the generosity of individuals and corporations to fund our programs. 100% of your donation goes to support our programs. 3. Matching Funds. Ask your Human Resources representative about the "Matching Funds" donation policy in your company. 4. United Way Self Directed Funds. If you donate to the United Way, select the Kids Up Front Foundation in your personal "Self Directed Donations." 5. An unused seat is a lost opportunity. We'll accept any child-friendly ticket and turn it around very quickly to a child would could really Donate your event tickets!Can't use your ticket?Donate it to Kids Up Front and we'll recycle them to kids efficiently, fairly nd at no cost. It's so simple and so incredibly beneficial to a family in crisis or a child in need. 1. Contact us by email, or phone at 604-266- KIDS (5437) Monday through Friday. We can redistribute your ticket opportunity within 24 hours of an event. 2. A"ticket attachment" is added to every ticket to let the recipient know who made the donation and where to send the thank you letters. "To Kids Up Front, I would like to thank Kids Up Front for the tickets to the Steve Nash Celebrity Basketball game on Saturday, July 22.
These tickets also game by Foster Sons the opportunity to attend the Fan Appreciation day on the Saturday. My Foster Son’s spent a full four hours at the event and participated in all the activities. A huge part of the day was for my boys to meet Steve Nash and other NBA basketball players. Each of my boys was able to get autographs and meet these wonderful role models. To watch my boys be like little kids again and forget about their life problems, brought much joy to them but also for me. To see these kids smile and be kids again was priceless.
Later that day, we attended the game and continued with much fun and kids being kids. My boys told me after the game that it was the best day ever and they would never forget it. They said it was a memory that they will never forget. On Sunday my boys awake and continued to talk about their great day on Saturday. They looked at all their autographs, and memorabilia they collected on Saturday. One of my boys has hung all his items already in his bedroom.

It was the first time that we have ever been to a hockey game together and it was really special (Giants). Nicholas was hoarse by the end, and fell asleep before we backed out of the parking spot. Every time the billboard said "everybody dance" he was up, leaning on the folded seat, doing the disco dance or the fish or the twist. His brother and sister were into the wave and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In the midst of more surgery and eparation ahead with many hospital stays, it was an amazing evening of fun. We can't afford to go to events like this so it will certainly stand out for all the kids. It was really neat that it was something we could all do, all enjoy and are all in the same place and can interact. They are now following the Giants on the news and in the newspaper and it is a great conversation topic that we all share now." -- Kids Up Front Mom "Thank you for the Playland tickets we had so much fun. It was the best present someone could have given us." -- Kids Up Front recipient " I would like to thank you for the tickets to the Shania Twain concert.When Shania announced her show in Vancouver, my two girls (10 and 12 years old) asked if we could go to the concert. I would have loved to rush out and purchased tickets to the event, but as a person with MS, on government disability, luxuries like concert tickets we do without. When I received the tickets, it was important to me that I explain to the kids why we had received them. So often when you have to explain something about MS to your family, its about why you can't do something. It was so nice to have a positive MS experience, which was exciting to them.
