To Donate your tickets:
Please call (780) 409-2632 or email us. We can usually accept tickets right up to the last minute, but the more notice the better! Where possible, we invite you to drop them off, courier them, or (time permitting) mail them to us.
Our office is located in Manulife Place at Suite 1150 Manulife Place, 10180 - 101 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3S4. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Can I receive a tax receipt for my ticket donation?
Tax Receipting for Donated Tickets
A tax receipt may be issued to an individual or corporation for the full amount of the ticket purchase price (excluding service charges and taxes) as long as the donor produces:
- Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the ticket or purchase receipt (e.g. credit card receipt, copy of cheque, etc.).
- The proof of purchase should include the donor name and address.
To make a charitable donation:
Our budget is very minimal. Almost 100 percent of our time is invested in our ticket program and very little invested in fundraising initiatives. Your donation is very appreciated! For donations over $20 a charitable tax receipt will be provided.
